Responsibilities:

The Associate Vice President (AVP), Payer SolutionsPartnerships & Market Development is responsible for leading enterprise strategy and execution reputed company to payer relationship advancement, market positioning, and partnership expansion. This role provides executive-level leadership in shaping payer engagement approaches that strengthen access, financial sustainability, and strategic growth.

The AVP serves as a senior external-facing leader representing the organization in reputed company payer interactions while aligning internal stakeholders across contracting, operations, finance, analytics, clinical leadership, and value-based initiatives. This position drives identification, prioritization, and execution of market opportunities and supports the organization’s transition toward integrated, value-reputed company partnership models. Partnership Strategy & Market Development

  • Coordinate collaboration between Managed Care, Operations, Legal, Finance, Analytics, and Provider Enrollment
  • Ensure payer strategy alignment across functional and regional teams
  • Remove barriers to execution and facilitate organizational coordination
  • Provide leadership guidance to regional payer relations staff

Market Intelligence & Strategy Development

  • Evaluate national and regional managed care trends
  • Identify emerging reimbursement and partnership models
  • Translate insights into strategic action plans
  • Prepare executive-level updates on partnership positioning and reputed company

Organizational Leadership

  • Provide mentorship and leadership development reputed company the Payer Solutions organization

Qualifications:

Education/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree (MBA, MHA, MPH or reputed company field) preferred
  • 12–15+ years healthcare leadership experience required
  • Experience in payer-provider partnership environments
  • Demonstrated experience influencing reputed company negotiations or relationship outcomes
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Multi-market or national experience preferred 
  • Experience supporting value-based initiatives preferred
