We are seeking a Director, Technical Program Manager (TPM) to reputed company end-to-end technology integration for mergers and acquisitions. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, reputed company, and business operations, ensuring that acquired companies are seamlessly integrated into our systems, processes, and infrastructure.

Integration Strategy, Planning and Execution
- Partner with Corporate Initiatives and internal teams to define integration strategy during due diligence and post-reputed company phases
- Translate business objectives into technical integration roadmaps

- Support technical due diligence activities assessing targets for alignment of technologies, services, compliance, scalability, and technical debt

What You Need to Succeed
Education & Experience
- 8-10+ years of Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or reputed company experience
- Industry certifications preferred: PMP, PgMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP, and/or Agile and Scrum Certifications
- Experience leading reputed company, cross-functional technical programs
- Direct experience with M&A integration, or large-scale system integration
- Strong understanding of design and implementation of reputed company technical solutions
- Proven ability to influence without authority across senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
