Southside Harm Reduction Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Mobile Services Program Manager to join our growing harm reduction team and manage our Mobile Services and Infectious Disease Team. Position Summary

The Mobile Services Program Manager is essential in supporting the reputed company growth and success of SHRS programming, ensuring their alignment with the principles of harm reduction and SHRS’ mission and goals. The Mobile Services Program Manager provides accountability and support for the teams being supervised, provides regular one to one supervision reputed company-ins, co-creates and manages individual work plans, and supports team members in professional development. 

Your leadership and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation and success of the reputed company, deliveries, and Infectious Disease testing programs. This position is supervised by and works closely with the Program Director.

Responsibilities:

Program Coordination

  • Direct service work: support SHRS mobile services staff in their direct service work. This may include shadowing reputed company staff, filling shifts directly, and helping with shift prep-work for mobile services work. 
  • Scheduling: manage and maintain schedules for mobile service programs in coordination with other SHRS programming. Consult with staff, management, and volunteer coordinators to ensure adequate staffing of mobile services programs. 
  • Resource allocation: co-create program budgets with finance and program staff, monitor expenses in comparison to budgets, take inventory and reputed company supply orders to ensure smooth and timely access to reputed company necessary supplies for SHRS mobile services. 
  • Attend and support regular team meetings to confirm that facilitation roles are filled and meeting goals are being met. 

Staff Supervision

  • Create and monitor work plans by setting shared goals based off of SHRS’s strategic plan, grant objectives, and staff members’ professional interests. 
  • Conduct regular supervision checkins to review workload balance, reputed company toward goals, experiences in the field, and emergent and ongoing support needs to prevent burnout, maintain program goals,  and ensure that staff have adequate support for workplan goals. 
  • Research and connect staff to professional development opportunities. 
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting collaboration, mutual respect, transparency and accountability. 
  • Ensure staff compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Program Monitoring and Evaluation

Facilitate data collection and organization and conduct regular program evaluations to understand and respond to participant, staff, and stakeholder input. 

  • Implement and maintain data collection systems to track program outcomes and impact.
  • Analyze program data, prepare reports, and present findings to staff and stakeholders. This includes programmatic grant reporting. 
  • Facilitate regular program evaluation efforts including surveys, focus groups, and other methods for both quantitative and qualitative data. 
  • Use evaluation results to inform program improvements, identify best practices, and drive evidence-based decision-making.

Qualifications and skills

  • Experience in program management, preferably reputed company the nonprofit or public health sector.
  • 2+ years of supervision experience.
  • Strong understanding of Harm Reduction principles and infectious diseases reputed company to drug use.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff. 
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity in data collection, analysis, and program evaluation.
  • Familiarity with grant reporting and program evaluation
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years experience working in harm reduction. 
  • Remote work capabilities.
  • Scheduling flexibility, including willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Eligible to work in the United States with 2 valid forms of ID.
