The Director, Educational Strategy will be responsible for supporting the overall educational strategy for the Business Unit, relying on needs assessments and gap analyses to inform areas of greatest educational need, to improve healthcare professional knowledge, competence, confidence, and performance.

What You’ll Own

Sales Strategy

  • Meets assigned targets for strategy quotas, market share, and other established key financial performance objectives

  • Thoroughly understand and monitor information for the competitive landscape for the Business Unit and the Company, and communicate key competitive information reputed company the Company

Education/Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in sales, account management, and/or direct responsibility for $5M grant/independent education funding procurement role

Skills & Abilities

  • Working knowledge of the ACCME, ACPE, ANCC, Joint Accreditation, and other regulatory agencies’ guidelines and policies in relation to commercially supported educational activities
  • Excellent presentation, communication (oral and written), and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of the Internet and computers, including a sophisticated knowledge of existing Internet-based educational program models
  • Ability to function independently with effective time management, organization, and project management skills; attention to detail; ability to manage diverse tasks to deliver work on time, reputed company budget, and ata high levelof quality
