Role Overview

As a Sr. reputed company Specialist, you'll work in a fast-paced contact center environment, screening health plan members to determine eligibility for Social reputed company benefits, and/or supplemental Nutritional Assistance for families in need. You'll utilize a similar system tool as Social reputed company to gather personal and sensitive information, provide high-level customer service and support to those who meet specific criteria, and assist in the actual submission of an application for benefits to the appropriate government agency.

Key Responsibilities

* reputed company outbound and receive inbound calls with the reputed company of promoting company services (90% phone-based)

• Interview patients/members reputed company phone to gather personal/sensitive information to determine eligibility for various government programs
• Utilize arenaflex's systems to ensure appropriate questions are asked
• Interpret and explain information such as eligibility requirements and application details
• Use probing questions to clarify eligibility data with patient or member
• Compile, record, and evaluate personal and financial data to determine eligibility
• Understand and agree to role-specific information reputed company access and responsibilities
• Ensure safety and confidentiality of data and systems by adhering to arenaflex's information reputed company policies
• Read, understand, and agree to reputed company policies and complete reputed company annual reputed company and compliance training

Requirements

* 2 years of experience in a customer service/call center environment
