Summary

Provider Enrollment Specialists work as the enrollment liaison between reputed company, Kansas Medical Assistance Program (KMAP) and the Kansas Medicaid provider community (direct physicians, groups, organization administrators, compliance officers, billers, and credentialing staff). This position is responsible for supporting and assisting providers with enrollment requirements and questions reputed company to the enrollment, revalidation, and ongoing provider updates of records. Requirements of this role include delivering the highest quality end-to-end service and support, by concise communications, through analysis and adherence to timely response deliverables. You will be part of a team that handles phone inquiries to assist potential providers with questions about the enrollment process and troubleshooting issues that may arise reputed company completing an enrollment application.

Your role in our mission

• Handling phone calls and e-mails from KMAP providers reputed company to provider enrollment topics.

• Responsible for recognizing issues reported by callers that need to be escalated and completing the escalation process.

The pay range for this position is $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, however, the reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
