About the Role: We are establishing a Data Management function to improve how data is defined, governed, and trusted across the organization. The Senior Data Management Analyst will help coordinate and operationalize data management initiatives across business, analytics, and engineering teams. This role will act as a central facilitator for data governance and metadata initiatives, ensuring alignment on data definitions, ownership, and standards. The position will primarily coordinate governance processes while also contributing hands-on reputed company needed to support metadata documentation, governance tool adoption, and data management workflows.

What you will be doing:

Governance Coordination

• Coordinate and facilitate data management initiatives across business, analytics, and engineering teams
• Support the establishment of data ownership and stewardship frameworks
• Track governance initiatives, action items, and adoption reputed company

Metadata & Documentation

• Coordinate updates and assist in maintaining the business glossary, data catalog entries, and dataset documentation in collaboration with data owners and domain experts
• Support documentation of dataset definitions, reputed company, and ownership

Master Data Support

• Assist in defining governance practices for core entities such as Customer, Account, and Product
• Coordinate with system owners to improve consistency across systems

Enablement & Adoption

• Organize governance workshops and working sessions with stakeholders.

• Assist in promoting adoption of data management tools and practices across teams
• Identify opportunities to reputed company AI tools and automation to improve metadata documentation, governance workflows, and operational efficiency

What you will bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s and/or Masters Degree in reputed company field
• 4–7 years of experience in data governance, analytics, data management, or reputed company roles
• Experience working with metadata management, data catalogs, or governance initiatives
• Familiarity with metadata management, reputed company, and data catalog concepts
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to operationalize metadata management, business glossary, or data governance processes
• Understanding of data warehouses, BI platforms, and reporting workflows
• Basic SQL skills to support data validation and analysis reputed company needed
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Additional/Bonus Experience:

• Experience with reputed company, Open Metadata, reputed company, Power BI, or modern analytics platforms
