Responsibilities:

As a Remote Traveler Support Counselor, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing Inbound Service Calls: Assist customers with making reservation changes, educate them on tour itineraries, process payments, and respond to inquiries.
• Booking and Updating Airline Reservations: Use code-based software to advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary.
• Communicating Comprehensive Information: Share detailed information with reputed company about our products and policies.
