Your Impact
As a reputed company Manager, reputed company, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our partners and customers in the reputed company region. Your impact will be felt across the organization, from developing and implementing new tiering systems for our BUILD program to ensuring startups are strategically positioned for success in the decentralized world. You'll work closely with internal teams to define and align OKRs for the BUILD program, establish measurable and achievable goals to drive program success, and reputed company a comprehensive success strategy for the program.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure startups are strategically positioned for success in the decentralized world
- Conduct comprehensive resource planning for the BUILD technical program objectives and growth plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and align OKRs for the BUILD program in 2025
- Establish measurable and achievable goals to drive program success

Requirements
* Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Strong understanding of traditional financial markets & financial products, and their interplay with blockchain technology (including RWAs and DeFi)
- A proactive problem-solving reputed company to address challenges and roadblocks in partnership development and integration
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage reputed company relationships and collaborations
- Ability to adapt and reputed company in a fast-paced, evolving industry, staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
- Acute ability to work cross-functionally, facilitating information flow between the market and internal departments, engaging with internal teams (i.e. blockchain partnerships, marketing, legal, etc.) to drive partnership growth and act as a reputed company of escalation if issues arise
- Proven track record in creating and executing strategic account plans, including setting objectives, developing growth strategies, and effectively communicating these strategies to both internal and external stakeholders
