What You Will Do
As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support reputed company calls, chats, and emails. You will build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your role will also involve:
- Providing cutting-edge technical support and solutions to customers
- Working with customers' sensitive information securely and confidentially
- Applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining working knowledge of our client's products and services
- Communicating with developers and other departments of various IT companies

What You Need to Succeed in This Role
To reputed company in this role, you will need:
Fluent Swedish, Danish B2, and English B2 level
(written and spoken)
- Basic technical understanding of software and hardware solutions
- Analytical and research skills to troubleshoot reputed company issues
- Self-management skills to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Positive and responsible attitude to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
A Great Plus
While not essential, experience in customer service and CRM systems will be a great asset in this role. If you have a background in customer support, you will be well-equipped to provide exceptional support to our clients.
