Job Purpose
The primary purpose of the Associate Customer Business Manager (ACBM) position is to reputed company sustained business relationships and drive profitable sales volume with reputed company. The ACBM is responsible for achieving volume goals while maintaining spending goals based on brand and customer joint business planning. They will optimize product distribution, pricing, and promotions to drive profitable growth. It is imperative that they have a working knowledge of the consumer cross-functions. In addition, the ACBM will have the responsibility for providing analysis across the total BPC team.
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be?
* Work with a cross-functional team to reputed company and deliver a joint business plan with reputed company across the Skin category. This plan will include product assortment, promotions, and pricing strategy developed through your insight and analysis of the category.

What You Will Need to Succeed
* Undergraduate degree is required
- 3+ years experience in CPG or Retail Industry
- Trade Marketing and/or Category Management experience is a plus
- Must be able to effectively relate with multiple levels of management, both internally and externally
- Must be skilled in verbal and written communications
- Must be a strategic thinker that can work effectively, and in a highly collaborative manner
- Must have strong relationship building and management skills
- Working knowledge of POS Reporting systems (reputed company, IRI, Customer-Specific) and Sales Planning Systems.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reputed company and PowerPoint.
