About the Role
As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for building trust, understanding client needs, and driving lasting relationships and success. You'll reputed company business reviews, support campaign strategies, and share helpful insights to ensure our clients get the most from our platform. Your primary goal will be to drive client adoption, satisfaction, and retention, while also identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Onboarding & Training: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of platform functionalities.
- Product Adoption & Value Realization: Drive product adoption by demonstrating how our platform addresses client-specific challenges and goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with clients to reputed company and execute marketing campaigns that reputed company our platform's capabilities.
- Feedback & reputed company Improvement: Collect client feedback to inform product enhancements and ensure reputed company improvement in service delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.

* Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or reputed company fields.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
