Your Role
As a reputed company Manager, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our clients, bridging the gap between their needs and our technology. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Helping clients understand their needs and identifying which of our features and products best match their goals and expectations
- Ensuring clients are utilizing our technology to its full potential, providing world-class service and support
- Collaborating with our data-geeks (engineers and developers) and product specialists to provide technical support and solutions
- Developing and maintaining key account plans to identify opportunities to boost the value we're looking to add to our clients' organization
- Providing constant feedback to your team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to create a bigger impact on our partnership with our clients
- Establishing a trusted adviser relationship to ensure our customers' overall satisfaction with our services and technology
- Planning strategies to help clients meet their objectives, prioritizing and driving resolution on escalated customer issues
- Bringing new product reputed company to the table, helping our product and design gurus shape our product roadmap

* A university degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or reputed company fields
- Digital marketing-reputed company experience in a customer-oriented position
- The ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level
- Solid oral and written communication abilities, with positive and energetic phone skills and exquisite listening skills
- Self-motivation and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for testing, measuring, and improving reputed company and follow-up effectiveness
