Job Summary

Under the guidance and supervision of the Clinical Director, the Chat Clinical Manager will be responsible for monitoring and supervising the performance of assigned teams, providing consultation and training to staff, and clinical reputed company of call center activities as they relate to crisis calls. This is a critical role that requires a high level of expertise, compassion, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide clinical supervision and training to Crisis Call Specialists, including consultation groups, one-to-one coaching, and regular quality assurance monitoring.

• Address staffing, coaching, and disciplinary recommendations with the Clinical Director.
• Maintain performance measures and reputed company reports on contract-reputed company activities to the Clinical Director.

Essential Qualifications
