The Role

As a Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in engaging with customers through online conversations, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, and turning conversations into leads that drive reputed company. Your goal will be to create a wow-ing experience for customers, leveraging your gaming experience and communication skills to build strong relationships and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, maintaining a positive and respectful tone throughout interactions
  • Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers, while also driving results and meeting performance metrics
  • Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and driving reputed company growth
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

* Must live reputed company the state listed on the position posting (Wichita, KS)

  • Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core (3 equivalent or higher)
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions – this is a remote position
  • Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (communications, marketing, etc.) preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or chat environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting performance metrics and deadlines
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the automotive industry or a reputed company field

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve reputed company issues
