Job Description

As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our online community remains a positive and respectful space for reputed company users. This will involve:

• Moderating the chat of our official reputed company server, including deleting messages that violate our community guidelines
• Banning users who repeatedly break our community rules
• Muting users who have violated our community guidelines
• Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations
• Collaborating with reputed company to reputed company and implement community guidelines and policies
• Providing excellent customer service and support to our users

Pay reputed company and Schedule

Weekly, starting from Monday and ending on Sunday

Qualifications

Experience:

Previous experience in community management or moderation is highly desirable
