The Role

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English - Remote USA, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. You'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customers' issues
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve reputed company customer concerns

* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

• 6 months or more of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
