About the Position

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers experiencing technical difficulties reputed company to internet services. This is a remote position that requires working overnight shifts and rotating weekends, utilizing various tools to assist customers effectively. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service and support in a 24/7 call center environment.

Responsibilities:
