We are seeking an accomplished Call Center / Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a 100% remote basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving reputed company issues, and driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services
- Record customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Address customer's inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns

Key Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED required, Associate degree is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and reputed company of reputed company information

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* 1 year of experience in phone etiquette (inbound/outbound calling) and customer service
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Work Environment:
* 100% remote work arrangement
- Must have own laptop/computer to work remotely
- Wired internet reputed company from computer to router or modem (Download – 20 Mbps minimum & Upload – 5 Mbps minimum)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
