Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries and resolving questions, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to provide personalized support and guidance.
