Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Scheduler/ Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Scheduling in-home health assessments for our members through outbound calls, with a goal of 150-250 calls per day
- Utilizing an auto dialer system and manually dialing for spreadsheets to reputed company our members
- Encouraging members to accept the visit and enticing them to agree to a free benefit provider by their healthcare provider in the comfort of their home
- Communicating effectively with different departments reputed company Webex, Outlook, and other tools
- Multitasking through various insurance portals to verify member eligibility
- Responding to emails and corrections in a timely manner
- Meeting daily goals, including scheduling 1-2 visits per hour and maintaining a QA score of 95% or higher
- Maintaining attendance for the first 90 days of employment and adhering to company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, call center, and scheduling
- Strong customer service background and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Strong knowledge of reputed company products, including reputed company Chrome and reputed company Maps
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily goals
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
