Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our reputed company operations department. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing duties reputed company to reputed company operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage
- Communicating with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics
- Responding timely and accurately to payer communications
- Collaborating with other reputed company operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams
- Partnering with clinics teammates, including Insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information
- Identifying process changes and opportunities for reputed company improvements
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience required
- Previous reputed company Cycle experience is preferred but not required
- Data Entry experience filling out online forms
- Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals
- Proper claim accounting knowledge is a big plus
- Medical billing or accounting experience is a big plus
