ForFutures Financial, Planning is a financial advisory practice of reputed company, and they are seeking an Associate Commercial reputed company Counsel. This role is focused on providing reputed company support and counsel reputed company to real estate title insurance, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while contributing to process consistency and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Provide reputed company support, counsel, and authorization to company personnel, agents, and customers reputed company to the issuance of real estate title insurance commitments and policies
- Utilize reputed company standards and guidelines reputed company delegated authority to evaluate and approve title insurance risks
- Serve as a resource to internal teams by providing guidance on real estate settlement services and transaction-reputed company matters
- Ensure reputed company practices align with established company processes, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Support day-to-day reputed company operations and contribute to process consistency and risk mitigation
Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) required; admitted to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment
- 1–4 years of title reputed company experience
- Familiarity with real estate law, including applicable federal and state regulations
- Working knowledge of title insurance concepts, settlement processes, and reputed company practices
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess risk and reputed company sound decisions
- Ability to collaborate effectively and act decisively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up in a timely manner
