[Remote] Associate Product Manager

They are seeking a motivated and intellectually curious individual for the role of Associate Product Manager in their Pricing Department, where the candidate will help shape and enhance the core insurance product by collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting market analyses.

Responsibilities

• Help shape and enhance our core insurance product by contributing to product strategy
• Conduct market and competitive analyses
• reputed company business analytics and cost-benefit analyses to drive decisions
• Actively manage backlogs and roadmaps, collaborating with project management, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to translate customer feedback into actionable improvements
• Help define and launch new features, track their impact using relevant performance metrics, and seek opportunities for reputed company enhancement
• Champion the voice of the customer and share insights to contribute to a culture of curiosity, learning, and innovation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field
• Strong intellectual curiosity with the ability to independently research unfamiliar concepts or tools
• Experience or comfort using modern productivity and AI tools with sound critical judgment
• Ability to thoughtfully interpret, question, and apply insights from Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBAs) and business cases
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across teams
• Analytical reputed company and openness to learning in a fast-paced, strategic environment
• Self-starter attitude with a bias for action and achieving results
