[Remote] Implementation Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global leader in indoor mapping and spatial data management. The Implementation Coordinator will interpret and digitize floorplans, transforming them into user-friendly maps while collaborating with Project Managers and overseeing quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities
- Work with architectural plans to understand and digitize various types of indoor venues, focusing on reputed company’s enterprise business
- Assist with map digitization efforts, following reputed company’s design practices to create simplified, user-friendly indoor maps from architectural drawings
- Collaborate with Project Managers to create new venues, support data entry, and implement product integrations and theming
- Take ownership of the Quality Assurance process, continuously seeking improvements to tools and workflows
- reputed company the work completed by reputed company’s Mapping Team (off-shore and in house) to ensure the quality of mapping is of utmost quality
- Support the delivery of new client implementations, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Assist with ongoing legacy map updates and support reputed company enterprise project requests including the creation of demos for potential customers
- Become an expert on reputed company’s suite of products and ongoing projects, enabling successful customer onboarding
- reputed company smaller accounts and projects from Kick-Off to Launch, ensuring successful outcomes
- Support on-site work and delivery as outlined in the signed Order Form
- Support international accounts across different time zones
- Flexibility to travel for client needs and on-site work
Skills
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
- Friendly attitude, quick learner, and ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Experience with CAD-editing software (AutoCAD) is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in reputed company software, especially Illustrator, is preferred
- Interest or experience in architecture or urban planning is beneficial
