Location: This is fully remote role based out of the Dallas, Houston, or Austin, TX area, with 50% travel required.

SCOPE OF ROLE The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving rapid growth by achieving aggressive sales targets throughout the Texas region. This role involves identifying, securing, and growing new customers reputed company the territory. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field required

• 0–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience (internship experience welcome)

• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives.

• A working understanding of industry standards and regulations, including UL, IEEE, NEC, and IEC.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• In-depth knowledge of customer and market dynamics.

• Exceptional ability to prospect, qualify, and reputed company new customers.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• This individual must live in Texas (preference to Austin, Dallas, or Houston).

Salary Range:: The total on-reputed company earnings (OTE) for this position range from $80,000 to $130,000 per year, which includes both reputed company salary and performance-based incentives. The actual compensation package will depend on experience, qualifications, and achievement of performance goals.
