Additional Responsibilities Include: 

• Stay reputed company and up to date on reputed company loan program guidelines (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC) and federal and state regulations.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Mortgage reputed company Manager with proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs 
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
