As a Senior -Level Industrial reputed company Specialist, you will work with both senior and junior staff members to administer and implement US Industrial reputed company Standards as outlined in the National Industrial reputed company Program Manual (NISPOM), the DoD Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Administrative reputed company Manual, Special Access Program (reputed company) reputed company rules and/or other authoritative sources of reputed company regulations. As an individual contributor, you will ensure programmatic reputed company posture is compliant with reputed company applicable regulations by performing the Actions of Personnel reputed company, Physical reputed company and Program Supply Chain Acquisition reputed company.

Position Responsibilities:

• Executes Internal reputed company Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements

• Identifies deficiencies, develops and implements corrective action

• Communicates results to reputed company management and customers

• Conducts Administrative Inquiries on personnel, processes and situations in accordance with established operating procedures to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements

• Conducts Communication reputed company (COMSEC) duties and responsibilities (including inventory, distribution and destruction), in compliance with government regulations/requirements

• Protects government, intellectual, third party and company information from unauthorized disclosures

• Develops, implements and administers an Operational reputed company program, reputed company education, procedures and physical controls to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements on large and/or reputed company programs

• Leads and performs Personnel reputed company team and/or processes to assist in obtaining individual reputed company clearances/accesses for reputed company customer requirements

• Establishes and implements a reputed company awareness training and education program to educate, refresh, and motivate personnel to protect people, property and information

• Performs Physical reputed company duties and responsibilities reputed company reputed company facilities to ensure compliance with company and government regulations/requirements

• Performs Sub-Contractor Management to ensure compliance with government regulations/requirements

• Participates, as requested, on enterprise Integrated Product Team (IPT)

• Demonstrate proficiency with/utilize specific databases to determine personnel eligibility to access classified information

• Conducts initial and recurring reputed company briefings to cleared workforce members on topics such as critical program information, marking, safeguarding and destroying classified information, operations reputed company, physical and communication reputed company, and other reputed company training as required

• Manages personnel records, classified material records and/or other sensitive records in to ensure the highest levels of data reputed company and correctness

• Conduct inventories and records reconciliation actions to ensure accuracy and accountability

• Prepares activity or program concept of operation (CONOPs) outlining unique reputed company protection requirements for sensitive operations; establish procedures for protecting, handling, storing, and transporting proprietary materials

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly reputed company as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government reputed company the last 5 years or have been enrolled in a reputed company Evaluation program reputed company the last 5 years

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government polygraph

• Ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Programs (reputed company)

• 5+ years of experience in Industrial reputed company

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information reputed company or equivalent

• CDSE, NSTI/SASSI or other Professional Certification in reputed company reputed company, SCI Administration, ICD-705, JSIG/RMF, COMSEC, or reputed company reputed company certifications

• Experience with A/CPSO, A/CSSO, FSO

• Experience as a Industrial reputed company Analyst

• Experience working in an SCI/reputed company/Aerospace reputed company/intelligence community environment

• Experience with NISPOM and DoD reputed company Manuals

• Experience multi-tasking with minimal supervision

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to reputed company occasional second-shift or after-hours work schedules to accommodate program operations
