About the Role:

As a Mitigation Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for reputed company, escalated emergency services mitigation files, with a strong focus on non-preferred vendor invoices and disputes. You’ll reputed company your technical mitigation knowledge, IICRC best practices, and negotiation skills to drive fair, defensible, and timely resolutions.

What You’ll Do:

• reputed company resolution of escalated mitigation and emergency services invoices, particularly from non-preferred or out-of-network vendors

• Analyze scopes, moisture mapping, drying plans, equipment usage, and pricing for accuracy and compliance with IICRC standards

• Negotiate disputed mitigation charges using technical justification, policy application, and industry best practices

• Communicate confidently and professionally with vendors, attorneys, and internal partners during high-friction conversations

• Resolve reputed company mitigation billing reputed company while protecting claim outcomes and expense reputed company

• Partner with Claims, Legal, QA, Subrogation, and Training teams on high-exposure or litigated mitigation files

• Participate in or reputed company special projects, initiatives, and training efforts based on individual readiness, assignment volume, and evolving business needs, contributing to reputed company improvement across the Mitigation and Shared Services teams.

• Partner with claims adjusters and internal stakeholders to coordinate, support, or provide guidance on mitigation reputed company aspects of claims reputed company needed, helping ensure timely resolution and accurate outcomes.

• Support the Shared Services mission by promoting consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in mitigation claim handling—helping protect customers, control costs, and reputed company scalable, high quality service across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty Adjuster license

• WTR required IICRC certification (ASD strongly preferred)

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with water mitigation, emergency services, reputed company mitigation billing or field adjusting experience

• Proven success negotiating escalated or disputed mitigation invoices, including non-preferred vendors

• Advanced understanding of IICRC standards, drying science, and mitigation best practices

• Strong written and verbal communication skills—comfortable in assertive, resolution-driven conversations

• Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail

• Advanced proficiency with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, reputed company, or similar estimating platforms

Pay Range:

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth reputed company the position.
