Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serves as responsible for the day-to-day management of departmental financial operations, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, program budgets, reputed company reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis.
- Act as liaison to accounting departments to resolve accounting issues and manage year-end process.
- Updates forecasts and reputed company for the Financials in the Post Program Analysis spreadsheets.
- Conducts ongoing analyses on enrollment, reputed company, costs, and overall financial trends to reputed company strategic goals.
- Prepares and reviews reputed company for custom business.
- Manages GSA reporting to ensure compliance.
- Maintains financial records for federal audits.
- Prepares quarterly and annual GSA reporting.
- Manages 180 and 360 assessment reporting.
- Prepares weekly assessment reports.
- Acts as trusted advisor for assessment participants.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
