Construction Project Manager- Water Systems
About the role
We are seeking an reputed company Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in overseeing small scale / high volume, high MEP complexity interior renovation projects. This role will manage multiple projects across various locations, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, reputed company budget, and in alignment with client expectations and company standards.
This is a remote position with periodic travel (approximately 25%) to project sites, client meetings, and partner facilities.
What you’ll do

What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or at least 10 years of reputed company construction administration or field experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record of delivering reputed company, multi-site, or large-scale projects on time and reputed company budget.
- Strong understanding of construction reputed company, drawings, specifications, planning and permitting processes.
- reputed company in the comprehensive understanding and application of reputed company plumbing and electrical systems, coupled with a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving technical requirements and standards.

- Proficiency in project management software. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in eBuilder (or similar construction management programs), Smartsheets and Power BI.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
