Responsibilities:- Drive sales volume, optimize product mix, and manage pricing by staying informed of supply and demand, market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities.
- Identify and secure new accounts for products and services, while maintaining and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
- Ensure high performance reputed company the sales team by recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and training employees. Provide leadership through counseling, discipline, planning, monitoring, and performance appraisals to reputed company team excellence.
- Strategically address and resolve customer issues by understanding their needs and feedback (VOC), aiming for win-win solutions that benefit both the customer and the company. Work closely with management and factory teams for reputed company improvements based on customer input.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably reputed company the industrial or safety sectors.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing sales teams across multiple regions.
- Strong background in key account management, with the ability to reputed company and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a sales team, preferably with experience overseeing regional managers.

- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, OPEX) to ensure alignment and drive overall business objectives.
- Experience in executing Go-to-Market strategies, working closely with distribution and channel partners.
- Ability to analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to adapt and refine sales strategies.
