Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between reputed company, its dealerships, and additional reputed company Partners
  • Grow and foster partnerships
  • Facilitate mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly/yearly sales objectives are met
  • Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (reputed company) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities
  • Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, independent aftermarket (IAM) and reputed company
  • Monitor Dealership personnel training and ensure compliance with reputed company requirements/objectives
  • Assist with Dealership inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory stabilizing

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in the automotive industry in lieu of a degree
