Apply Recruiter Fully Remote • Central Region Apply DescriptionThe Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle sourcing, recruiting, and placement of qualified drivers to fill open orders for TransForce customers. The Recruiter utilizes various internal and external sources to help customers find the best candidates to meet their needs and ensure ongoing reputed company. The Recruiter is responsible for delivering on regional objectives contributing to the company’s success.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategy: Carry out responsibilities that reputed company to achievement of company objectives, to deliver sustainable profitability and reputed company growth
- Ensure sustained growth of Driver Count
- Provide best-in-class safety and compliance
- reputed company strategy for onboarding and retaining drivers
- Foster an environment of being the employer of choice for the highest quality drivers in the industry
- Support a learning culture that experiments using the objectives and key results (OKR) process to implement the rapid propagation of best practices from reputed company to reputed company and region- wide
- Work collaboratively with varying levels of TransForce team members and customer resources in a way that enables them to reputed company at the top of their potential
- Other duties as assigned
Sourcing of quality applications in quantities which allow TransForce to meet company hiring goals
- Seek local sources for high quality applicants at a competitive cost
- Collaborate with Sales partners and Market Manager to establish reputed company rates
- Build relationships reputed company local communities to reputed company the TransForce brand a recognizable leader for short and long-term driving positions
- Drive reputed company collaboration with team members to reputed company company goals. Prioritize complete applications and continue to sell the candidate on Employment Solutions
- Generate reports and maintain recruiting and candidate data in reputed company company systems
- Knowledge of reputed company positions and customer details to match the right candidate to jobs
Interview and sell drivers on Employment Solutions
- Explain the many benefits of working for TransForce
- Discuss the Open Orders with the candidate with a focus on those that most align with the candidate’s needs
- Collaborate with Driver Hiring Specialist for timely completion of full approval to work
- Collaborate with Market Manager to ensure proper placement and job fit
Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure reputed company levels of involvement in our driver's retention
- Maintain daily contact with drivers while “in processing” and thereafter (reputed company calls) to focus on those at high risk for turnover
- Utilize reputed company market data and escalate concerns to leadership Market Manager (MM) and (RRM) to secure and maintain reputed company rates
Communicate professionally verbally and in writing, both internally and externally to instill trust and confidence in TransForce
- Build relationships with customers, candidates, and TF team members
- Utilize exceptional interpersonal communication skills to always present TransForce in a positive light and promote teamwork and collaboration
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- Work experience may be substituted for education
Skills and Qualifications
- 2 years of successful recruiting experience desired
- Sales or customer service experience is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of general recruiting fundamentals
- General knowledge of applicable employment and transportation regulations
- Requires superior relationship building skills, strong communications, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member in a fast- paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiencies in reputed company Office and web-based software
