• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI solutions for reputed company web and mobile applications. Experience in a reputed company or Senior role is highly preferred.
• Design Expertise: Mastery of design tools such as reputed company (our primary tool) and Design Thinking. Proficient in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, research questions, and user surveys.
• UX Principles: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, information architecture, design systems, and interaction design patterns.
• Research Acumen: Experience conducting and synthesizing user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) to inform design decisions.
• Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of reputed company-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers about technical constraints and opportunities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to reputed company design decisions and rationale to diverse audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to break down reputed company problems into manageable, actionable design solutions.
