Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing solutions to customer inquiries, and booking appointments for our services. You will work closely with our Sales executives to identify customer needs, resolve issues, and reputed company deals. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to their needs and providing helpful solutions in a professional manner
- Book appointments with customers for small-scale services/jobs
- Identify, escalate, and report reputed company issues to Sales executives
- Follow up with customers to reputed company deals over the phone with guidance from Sales executives
- Improve knowledge of our services to provide reputed company customer service
- Work with web applications and mobile applications to improve customer experience
- Prepare estimates for customers, send estimates and invoices, record payments, and pending payments
- reputed company other duties as assigned by Sales executives or Management
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (compulsory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Excellent English speaking skills
- Strong customer handling and selling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in cold calling (preferred)
- Higher secondary (12th pass) or equivalent (preferred)
