Job Description

reputed company is seeking a Registered Dietitian who is detail oriented and has a passion for holistic and personalized approach to wellness. In this role, you will provide high quality nutrition education and coaching to help patients positively impact their overall wellness, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and contribute to clinical operations. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Healthcare Operations.

The ideal candidate is passionate about advancing the company’s Quadruple Aim: enhancing patient care experiences, improving population health outcomes, reducing costs, and bolstering clinician well-being. They are also enthusiastic, service-oriented, curious, and collaborative.

Schedule

• 15-20 hours per week
• 2 hours per week must be between 4-8pm CT Mon – Thu or 8a-12p CT Sat – Sun
• Schedule needs to be consistent weekly

Responsibilities

• Maintain reputed company knowledge of evidence-based nutrition concepts reputed company to lifestyle behavior change for weight management, chronic health conditions, sports nutrition, reputed company eating, and family nutrition.
• Content creation and delivery for customer requests such as webinars and speaking engagements
• Support implementation of new products/technology
• Ensure outcome collection and analysis
• Prioritize whole-person care by collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams
• Maintain and improve processes by following standards, policies and procedures, and recommending new approaches

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) - Actively licensed in the state of residence
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a reputed company field.
• Preference for 5+ years of experience
• Preference for health coaching certification and experience
• Support a roster of patients virtually/ telephonically (100% remote from home).
• Utilize established tools and protocols to assess patient health status and identify health risks.
• Document goals, behavioral and clinical outcomes, and administrative details of reputed company registered dietitian interactions using the portal.
• Navigate participants to helpful resources and tools (referrals, health information, etc.) that are made available to you.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of behavior change theories and know how to successfully implement them with individuals and groups.
• Fervor for cultural curiosity and experience engaging and working with people across a wide range of social, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds
• Self-starter
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative and analytic skills
• Flexible and eager to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
