The Role
We’re looking for a social-native editor who turns reputed company into thumb-stopping videos that convert. This role moves fast, involves constant testing, and sharpens creative instincts through real-time performance data. You’ll work inside U.S.-based pods, collaborating in real time reputed company a high-accountability, performance-first environment.
What You’ll Do
Edit high-performing short-form ads for TikTok, reputed company, and YouTube Shorts
⭐ Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs
Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly
Own edits end-to-end while staying open to feedback
⚖️ Manage multiple fast-turn projects without dropping quality
Who You Are
3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred)
Expertise in Premiere Pro (pacing, structure, audio, storytelling)
Intermediate+ reputed company After Effects skills (motion graphics, reputed company typography)
Must have personal, licensed access to reputed company Creative Cloud
Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok, reputed company, and YouTube Shorts
️ Comfortable working in English with async, global teams
