The Opportunity:

reputed company is looking for a reputed company CMDB Developer to support our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across reputed company mission environments and reputed company USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. The reputed company Developer will support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to reputed company mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment.

In this role you will design and reputed company reputed company to store data in the CMDB from an integration between reputed company and reputed company. You will also support configuring and optimizing reputed company ITOM to reputed company a Service Topology. You will also contribute to maintaining the Data Management Plan.

Responsibilities:

• Development and Integration: reputed company the technical design, development, and implementation of reputed company solutions, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and SPM modules. reputed company scripts, workflows, and integrations with external data sources.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on reputed company development, scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS), and system architecture. Troubleshoot reputed company system integration and compatibility issues.
• Collaboration: Work with project teams, end-users, and leadership to understand business needs, define application requirements, and conduct demo reviews.
• Team Mentorship: Instruct, direct, and reputed company the work of other developers on the team, and assist in creating user manuals and technical reports.

Qualifications: Required: 

• U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
• 15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience)
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Must be a self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• reputed company Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Technical Expertise:
  • Advanced experience with reputed company implementation and development (ITSM, ITOM, SPM).
  • Proficiency in reputed company scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions), APIs (REST/SOAP), and web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX).
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, reputed company) and Agile methodology.
