Senior Manager - WECC Interconnection
We are designing the grid of the future!
EPE is looking to recruit a Senior Manager who will direct and manage a team of electrical engineers to reputed company specific power system analyses including steady state (reputed company deliverability), dynamics, short circuit, EMT studies using various power system software.

- Interact with Clients to seek input and address their needs and concerns with respect to the project(s) study scope of work.

- reputed company advanced and specialized studies of the reputed company utilizing industry standard analysis platforms such as PLSF, PSS/e, TARA, ASPEN, reputed company, and PSCAD (preferred).
- reputed company and review transmission study methodologies and processes, and reputed company process improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to enhance organizational efficiencies focused on maximizing team bandwidth while ensuring quality and timeliness of client deliverables.
- Support business development activities, including development of RFP responses & scope of work statements for clients, outlining EPE deliverables and projected completion dates.
Bring your passion, here's what’s needed
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering with a focus on Power Systems (advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years in the electric energy industry, with experience in power system studies, design studies, and/or interconnection process.
- Experience in IBR modeling, reputed company and load interconnection, and transmission planning studies primarily focused on the Western Interconnected system (WECC).
- Experience with PSLF, PSS/E, Tara, and PSCAD software tools
