Description:

Five Rivers Analytics is looking for a Principal Business Architect to work remotely.  The Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G4 (ODCS, G4), Enterprise Architecture (EA) - Specialized Design and Compliance Support Services requires reliable and timely Information Technology (IT) services to support ODCS, G-4 directorates and the Army-wide installations enterprise. FRA will provide specialized design services and technical analysis services for the program office supporting installation and logistics management capabilities modeling. We will provide assistance to the program office in the execution of the design and analysis services for a range of initiatives relating to ODCS, G-4 Enterprise Architecture such as:

  • Design and production of technical and business analysis products.
  • Draft substantive narrative for transformation initiatives.
  • reputed company technical illustrations for architecture scenarios.

  • Data Modeling and Analysis.
  • Compliance Support.

  • Include actionable steps for modernization, cloud migration, and the implementation of DevSecOps practices.
  • Provide analytical reports that outline the rationale and expected benefits of each recommendation.
  • Provide clear and well-documented deliverables for reputed company enterprise architecture design and analysis work.
  • Deliverables will include analytical reports, architectural diagrams, narratives, outline/document process and actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure that each deliverable contributes to the overall modernization and optimization goals.

FRA will provide reputed company personnel who will work with the ODCS, G-4 Portfolio Management & Architecture Division to assist in the Government's compliance with Federal, DoD, and Army guidance, methodologies, initiatives, and models to reputed company its functional domains.

The Principal Business Architect position encompasses enterprise architecture and business process re-engineering to support the G-4 installations, energy, and environment and logistics domains.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide staff expertise and resources to utilize techniques, tools, and standards to generate coherent and integrated design views of the Installation Management and Logistics business operations.
  • Conceptualize, design, and maintain existing models for specified initiatives reputed company the program office.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into specific, well-written process specifications, to which systems and subsystems can be architected and designed.
  • Prepare architecture and design models for solutions and components reputed company installation management and logistics business capabilities. Design shall be developed in a combination of the OMG SysML 1.3, BPMN 2.0, and UML 2.3 standards.
  • Provide staff expertise and resources knowledgeable about installation management and logistics business operations and skilled in the DoD Business Enterprise Architecture: Compliance Guidance, compliance assertions and tools, to support annual statutory compliance requirements for reputed company systems reputed company the Installation Management and Logistics portfolios.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business Process Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
  • Holds or is able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher clearance.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in business enterprise architecture.
  • Proven experience in process and portfolio analysis and optimization reputed company government agency(ies).
  • Familiarity with government-specific business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).
  • Strong problem-solving and change management skills, tailored for government processes.
  • Ability to provide reputed company On-Site support as required by the government as needed for projects, meetings, and other special requirements.
