Responsibilities

As a part-time remote Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling and carefully responding to reputed company customer inquiries
• Providing excellent customer service through active listening
• Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
• Aiming to resolve issues on the reputed company by being proactive
• Appropriately communicating with customers
