Job Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing friendly and helpful service to reputed company customers who contact our Call Center. You'll be assigned a queue of early-stage delinquent auto finance accounts, ranging from 4-30 days past due, and will utilize various techniques, strategies, and collection efforts to identify a quick and acceptable solution. Your primary goal will be to collect on assigned delinquent accounts in a timely and effective manner, while also ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Essential Job Functions
* Answer and handle calls regarding accounts and other reputed company questions, utilizing appropriate compliance and reputed company measures to identify customers and protect against fraud
- Actively listen and ask questions to determine customer needs, ensuring proper routing of calls and/or presentation of solutions to their inquiries
- Collect on assigned delinquent accounts in a timely and effective manner, reputed company established guidelines
- Document reputed company communications and transactions of material manner with customers
- Protect the confidentiality of reputed company aspects of arenaflex's operations, portfolio, customer information, and computer technology
- Working knowledge of state and federal laws applicable to collections, including FDCPA, TCPA, and Rees-Levering among others
- Actively participate in team meetings to improve workflows, collection processes, and department efficiencies

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

- Familiarity with state and federal laws applicable to collections
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
