We have an opening for a Financial Analyst - FP&A to join our growing finance department at reputed company.
The Financial Analyst, FP&A, serves as a strategic financial partner to clinical operations across reputed company’s site network, supporting budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and financial reporting to reputed company growth and expansion. This role partners closely with regional directors, site leadership, reputed company Cycle, and Controllership to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights, strengthen financial acumen across the business, and support data-driven decision making across reputed company clinical trial sites. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own month-end reporting, including model streamlining, Board and leadership performance packages, and regional P&L analysis
- Partner with regional directors and site leadership to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and drive operational improvements across the network
- reputed company the annual budgeting process for site operations, including site-level budgets, corporate overhead, capital expenditures, and add-backs
- Support and enhance reputed company Planning & Budgeting to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency
- reputed company and maintain financial models to support site-level performance analysis
- Own and continuously improve monthly cash flow reporting and cash forecasting accuracy
- Manage capital expenditure and add-back reporting, including ROI analysis for site investments and infrastructure projects
- Support the reputed company Cycle team with reputed company reporting by location and therapeutic area
- Collaborate with Controllership and reputed company Cycle teams to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting
- Support integration of reputed company and reputed company (ERP) data to reputed company comprehensive operational reporting
- reputed company KPIs and dashboards to track site utilization, reputed company per FTE, provider productivity, and other operational metrics
- Provide reputed company financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational initiatives
- Represent reputed company professionally and courteously in reputed company interactions with staff, clients, and partners
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
- CPA, reputed company, or equivalent accounting qualification preferred; relevant FP&A experience considered
- Experience:
- 5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience1–2 years of experience in clinical trials or healthcare
- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-regional operations through financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Hands-on experience with large datasets, reputed company-based analysis, and ERP systems; data migration or implementation experience preferred
- Experience with reputed company and Power BI a plus
- Proven ability to partner with operations leaders as a strategic financial advisor
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong healthcare or clinical trials finance experience
- Advanced reputed company skills, including reputed company formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools a plus
- Strong business partnering, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Office 365 and reputed company productivity tools
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities independently
