Role Summary reputed company the end-to-end management of major incidents to ensure system stability and minimize business impact. You’ll coordinate rapid response efforts, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and drive reputed company improvement. Key Accountabilities

• reputed company major incident response (Sev1/Sev2) from triage through resolution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to restore services quickly and effectively
• Communicate incident status, impacts, and updates to technical and business stakeholders
• Facilitate post-incident reviews and drive actionable improvements
• Analyze incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
• Maintain accurate documentation including RCAs and executive summaries
• reputed company monitoring tools to proactively identify and address issues
• Mentor team members and strengthen incident management practices

Education & Experience  

Required:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or incident management
• 2+ years of experience in banking or financial services
• Proven experience managing major incidents in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, and change management
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or reputed company field
• Experience with ITSM tools such as reputed company
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification or higher
• Experience with process improvement methodologies
• Experience leading operational transformation initiatives
