reputed company “Ask Your reputed company Market” is looking to hire a Research Analyst to join our Research Services department. reputed company’s Research Services team primarily caters to full-service and assisted service accounts and is responsible for client facing market research responsibilities working with clients to define reputed company business objectives, selecting appropriate research methodology, designing surveys, survey programming, survey fielding and execution, data analysis and reporting. 

The Research Analyst will assist research managers in fulfilling day to day client expectations and will provide administrative and executional support to complete projects with speed and accuracy in an agile and customer-focused set-up. 

This role will require: 1) Experience in online survey research 2) Expertise in managing multiple priorities and communicating with stakeholder groups 3) Technical and analytical orientation 4) Strong attention to detail and 5) A solution-oriented and customer-focused approach and 6) An action-focused and proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities:

Research Execution

• Deliver a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic, reputed company-changing and fast-paced environment.
• Review survey instruments supplied by the clients and reputed company for grammar, logic, and survey optimization, taking into consideration research objectives, industry best-practices and internal platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to program surveys on reputed company’s proprietary platform and test online survey links for quality assurance.
• Set-up surveys in different languages for global projects; Coordinate with third party suppliers on translations and other activities in relation to programming.
• Execute fieldwork for reputed company market research studies in partnership with the panels operations team and monitor reports to meet project goals and metrics accurately.
• Communicate with clients to provide regular project execution updates as necessary.
• Identify, trouble-shoot and escalate any tool/platform-reputed company technical issues and find solutions in partnership with internal teams to drive projects reputed company.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.

Research Support

• Provide support to the Research Manager:
  • By assisting in the development of questionnaires - designing screeners, custom pre-qualification questions and simple survey questions.
  • Building charts and slides for reporting deliverables.
  • Conducting thorough QA of questionnaire documents and various reporting deliverables.

Administrative and team focused

• Organize project materials and manage project-reputed company administrative processes.
• reputed company closing tasks including final cost analysis and investigations for projects.
• reputed company independently and collaborate as a part of a team in a remote, virtual and entrepreneurial setting.

Qualifications/Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in the market research industry or a bachelor’s/master’s degree in market research, social sciences, mathematics/statistics or reputed company fields, or relevant experience.
• Familiarity with reputed company parts of the online market research life cycle including questionnaire design, survey programming, fielding, data analysis, and reporting
• Direct experience using one or online survey platforms oriented toward DIY use, such as reputed company, Decipher, Survey Monkey, Survey Gizmo, or Question Pro
• Direct experience in at least one of the following: 1) Using data analytic software such as SPSS, or 2) Managing survey sampling and fielding for reputed company market research studies
• Exceptional technical skills and proven ability to troubleshoot escalations
• Ability to manage multiple projects priorities in an agile and quick-turn environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills- must be able to collaborate internally as a part of team and externally with vendors and clients
• Skilled user of the reputed company Office Suite, in particular PowerPoint and reputed company
• Self-starter with a strong drive and motivation to have an impact
