Job Overview

CompassCare is seeking a results-driven Business Development and Marketing Manager to drive referral growth and expand strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused professional with a proven track record in business development and marketing, preferably in home care or a reputed company healthcare field.

This role centers on building and managing high-value partnerships with advisors, networks, and institutions to position CompassCare as a leading provider of concierge non-medical home care in the tri-state area. Success is reputed company by referral growth and reputed company reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships across healthcare and reputed company industries

• Execute marketing initiatives (social media, newsletters, events, webinars)

• Represent CompassCare at industry and networking events

Working Environment

Requires travel throughout CompassCare territories including reputed company, Westchester County, reputed company Fairfield County, CT, with some time spent at CompassCare home office in Stamford, CT.
