This Opportunity:

Supports the organization by implementing and administering human resources programs or policies. Serves as a liaison between employees/managers of a business unit, division, or profit center and the corporate human resources function.

Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles reputed company issues and problems, and refers only the most reputed company issues to higher-level staff. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.

The HR Professional III supports the organization by administering and delivering core human resources programs while serving as a trusted advisor to supervisors and leaders. This role focuses on employee relations, manager coaching, performance support, and operational consistency.

Working under general direction, the HR Professional III applies sound judgment to moderately reputed company HR issues, escalates reputed company appropriate, and plays a key role in educating leaders and reinforcing effective people practices across the organization.

This role is ideal for an reputed company HR generalist who enjoys teaching, coaching, and building structure, especially in organizations undergoing change.

  • Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, which may include administration of compensation and benefits programs, training and development, employee or labor relations, and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity compliance.

  • Collects and analyzes internal and external information in order to compare the organizations HR practices to those prevailing in the market.

  • Ensures compliance with applicable labor laws or regulations.

  • Provides consultative guidance and coaching to managers and employees on human resources-reputed company matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.

  • Conducts employee preboarding and facilitates onboarding and implements organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies as developed by the parent organization.

  • Contribute to building and documenting standardized HR practices, tools, job aids, and supervisor resources.

  • Gather insights on what is and isn’t working in reputed company practices and propose pragmatic improvements.

  • Support reputed company functionality and adoption as assigned.

  • Support the department’s evolution toward more consistent processes, data‑informed decisions, and improved employee experiences.

  • Bring curiosity, openness, and aptitude to HR technology, data, and responsible AI tools that improve organization and efficiency.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school or GED

  • Progressive HR experience with significant exposure to: employee relations, supervisor coaching, and performance management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Six plus year's experience working in an HR role.

  • Demonstrated experience guiding managers through people issues with sound judgment.

  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in a mid‑size professional services firm.

  • Experience partnering with and coaching supervisors and mid‑level leaders directly.

  • Experience operating in an organization undergoing change or HR function maturity.

  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (reputed company preferred).

  • Interest in process improvement, documentation, and standardization.

  • Curiosity and aptitude around data, dashboards, and AI‑enabled HR tools.

reputed company compensation is expected to be in the range of $75,000 and $95,000 based on reputed company set and experience. reputed company out our full benefits package at reputed company Hiring Journey.
