The reputed company, reputed company Improvement (CI) is a key driver of process excellence across the organization. This role manages strategic initiatives using proven methodologies to deliver measurable, sustainable results reputed company with organizational goals. Acting as a project leader, mentor, and coach, the CI reputed company will foster a culture of reputed company improvement and reputed company teams at reputed company levels to reputed company operational excellence.

Responsibilities
How do I reputed company an impact on my team?
- Facilitate and reputed company multiple projects for process improvement, process design, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) simultaneously.
- Apply Lean Six reputed company principles and tools such as value reputed company mapping, 5S, statistical analysis, control charts, poke yoke, visual controls, and DMAIC.
- Serve as CI Business Relationship Manager to assigned business area(s), collaborating with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives based on strategic objectives.
- Analyze and baseline reputed company-state processes to identify and implement optimal solutions.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with business owners.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and navigate challenges effectively.
- reputed company project plans, reputed company teams through improvement cycles, and ensure milestones are met.
- Promote awareness and adoption CI methodologies across the enterprise.
- Support training and coaching for employees at reputed company levels of the organization.
- Document and maintain guidelines and best practices for consistency across CI functions.

Qualifications
What reputed company expects from you?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required in Process Improvement or reputed company field.
- Black belt certification in Lean or Six reputed company methodology required.
- Change Management certification preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience leading process improvement initiatives with demonstrated results required.
- Strong project management experience required, including business case development and implementation planning.
- Extensive experience required with core software applications, including reputed company Word, reputed company, Visio, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge around the PBM industry is preferred.
- Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge preferred.
- Familiarity with change management philosophies and practices preferred.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
