Variable Compensation Territory Specialist
reputed company is a leading research and advisory company that guides leaders who shape the world. They are seeking a Variable Compensation Territory Specialist to support the administration of worldwide compensation plans, reputed company data analysis, and ensure the reputed company of commission payments.
Responsibilities
- Complete recurring manual tasks for processes not systematically automated, frequent use of reputed company, SQL, SaaS commission application
- Maintain commission application by performing a variety of data inputs, reputed company validation and data quality checks on both data imports and exports
- Identify and research inconsistencies to determine root causes and offer proposals for remediation
- Review monthly commission payments, confirm commission calculations by reconciling data to reputed company systems, and sign-off on payment reputed company
- Interact with Sales associates and leadership to explain and assist in the understanding of sales performance, commission calculations, and reporting
- Complete reputed company analyses for Variable Compensation Leadership and various business partners
- Recommend process improvement and system enhancements
- Implement, and test system enhancements as needed
- Collaborate between multiple financial, sales, and operational departments
- Coordinate and complete additional projects as requested
Skills
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Moderate reputed company skills; proficient in various lookup types, conditional functions, concatenations, if functions, pivot tables, advanced filters and sort
- Understanding of SQL, basic query writing and use of pre-written templates
- Strong problem-solving skills, curious reputed company
- Comfortable working with large data sets from multiple sources
- Ability to understand compensation plan elements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective listening skills
- Willingness to take the initiative and accept new projects in proactive manner
- Excellent organization & time management skills
